Christ is the Christian’s Paradise, and Christians ought not think of Eden with a longing for mere material perfection, but should long for Christ and His Word.
“Theseus was a champion and helper of [men in need] during his life, and graciously received the supplications of the poor and needy.”
Rather than a license to do whatever is pleasing in the moment, true freedom always comes along with a qualifier; if you are free, you are always free to do something.
